From our first site visit, we knew this Mosman Bay backyard had huge potential. Split level blocks can present some challenges but also some real potential to create unique spaces.
This design created two individual spaces, an upper terrace for a new 7.5m x 4m pool and spa and a lower grassed terrace for the families 3 children to play and enjoy the sun during winter.
The pool area is paved with Stormstone Granite and a large 300mm x 600mm tile has been used for the waterline of the pool and spa which will mean less maintenance and cleaning for the owners.
The filtration system is fully automated with separate gas heating for the spa and 17-kilowatt output electric heater for the pool.
