The design brief for this stunning plunge pool was to capture the feel of a Kimberly rock pool. The owner did not have a lot of space to work with and wanted to give the pool a “Secret Garden” type feel.
The use of large Donnybrook stone monoliths work as a dividing barrier between the deck and the pool area which just leaves glimpses of the pool to draw the eye in.
As you step down towards the pool you are met with an abundance of Ferns, Palms and Succulents. The whole pool area is covered by a canopy from the enormous Frangipani which remained in-situ during the entire build.
The pool is finished in Ebony pebble by Gemtex and gives a very natural feel and finish.
